Locals in the 1.2 million plus city are filled with pride and ready to , including their notable craft beer, foodie, fashion (and arts!) revolutions. Richmond is host to VA PrideFest, with over 30,000 people held on September 23rd on Brown's Island. VA Pride began extendingitself fully into the Commonwealth, seeking to create an "umbrella" organization to unify and support other LGBT organizations in Virginia.
