Purple Rain - Prince Tribute Screening

Join us as we come to celebrate the life, the music and the experience that was Prince, in two special screenings of Purple Rain at the Byrd Theatre, Wednesday, April 27 at 930p, and Saturday, April 30 at Midnight. This legendary rock musical and semi-autobiographical, even prophetic, story of Prince's rise to super stardom opened on July 27, 1984. One month later, Prince Rogers Nelson became the first artist to ever have the top movie, album, and single at the same time. This special Byrd and a Beer Midnight Feature will be $5 open to all ages, with the balcony reserved for 21+ only.
